Salon Policies
Prismatic Studio is an intimate space for one on one services, please do not bring any guests.
Make sure to confirm you appointment via email or text.
When you arrive please wait in your car and send me a text, I will let you know when to come inside.
Do not come to your appointment if you or anyone in your household is currently sick or has a fever.
Cancellation Policy
Prismatic Studio understands that sometimes things come up and schedules change, we require at least 24hr notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card on file is required to book an appointment, if you cancel with less than 24hr notice your card will be charged for 50% of your booked service. If you do not cancel and no show for your appointment 100% of your booked service will be charged. A deposit maybe be required to reschedule.
Running Late?
Please reach out by phone if you expect to be late for your appointment. Please note if you are over 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule or modify your service. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.
